Web GUI mode: CPLD -> BMC -> BIOS

BMC Out of band (Redfish/BMC Web) :

CPLD: *.jed.tar (System need power off.)

BMC: *_full.bin / *_partial.bin (Power on/off both can be updated.)

BIOS: *.bin.tar.gz (System need power off.)
