How to Adjust S8016AGM2NR System FAN Speed

Example: Adjusting SYS_FAN_1
The following example demonstrates setting SYS_FAN_1 (PWM-1) to full speed (duty-100) and then reducing it back to 50%.
Set SYS_FAN_1 to Full Speed (duty-100)
ipmitool -I lanplus -H 10.99.238.16 -U root -P tyan@123 raw 0x2e 0x44 0xfd 0x19 0x00 0x01 0x01 100
Verify the result with ipmitool sdr. SYS_FAN_1 should spin up to approximately 12099 RPM.

Set SYS_FAN_1 Back to 50% (duty-50)

Verify again with ipmitool sdr. SYS_FAN_1 should reduce to approximately 6431 RPM.
